Direct Wholesale Partners is not liable for any consequences arising from incorrect or misleading information provided by the customer.
3. No Guarantee of Ungating
True Source Wholesale does not guarantee ungating in any Amazon category or brand.
Invoices are provided for product proof and compliance purposes only. Amazon and other platforms have their own standards for ungating approvals.
It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to check their ungating eligibility before purchasing.
4. Product Restrictions
We do not accept responsibility for any product that is:
Restricted to sell on Amazon or any other marketplace.
Restricted from being sent to Amazon FBA warehouses.
Prohibited under local, state, or federal laws.
5. Order Policy
All orders are considered final once payment is completed.
Orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded once confirmed.
No exceptions will be made, including due to ineligibility for ungating or product restrictions.
6. Return & Refund Policy
We do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstance. Please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for more details.
7. Limitation of Liability
True Source Wholesale will not be held liable for:
Loss of income or business opportunity due to ungating rejection.
Suspension or deactivation of your Amazon or other marketplace accounts.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services.
