No Guarantee of Amazon Ungating
We would like to clarify that True Source Wholesale cannot and does not guarantee ungating in any specific category or brand on Amazon through the use of our invoices. The decision regarding whether a seller can list products in a gated category or brand is entirely at Amazon’s discretion. This process is subject to Amazon’s policies, and each seller’s eligibility to list in a specific category varies. Therefore:
- It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure they meet Amazon’s eligibility criteria before placing an order.
- We strongly encourage buyers to verify their eligibility for ungating in the relevant category before purchasing products through True Source Wholesale. This can include reviewing Amazon’s gating policies, documentation requirements, and any other specific criteria that may apply.
Order Confirmation and Cancellation
Once an order is placed and payment is completed, it is final. We do not accept cancellations, modifications, or changes to any order under any circumstances after the order has been confirmed.
- No order can be canceled or modified once it has been processed, so please ensure that all details are correct before completing your purchase.
- We urge customers to review all relevant product details, marketplace policies, and any applicable restrictions (such as Amazon ungating requirements) before confirming an order.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns under any condition, including but not limited to the following reasons:
- Ineligibility for ungating: If you are unable to successfully ungate a category or brand on Amazon using our invoices, we cannot accept the return of the purchased products.
- Product Restrictions: If the product becomes restricted on Amazon, FBA, or any other online marketplace after your purchase, we will not accept the return of the product.
- Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for any reason related to a change of mind, mistaken purchase, or decision to not move forward with selling a particular product.
- Partial Fulfillment or Mixed Shipments: In the event that a client receives a shipment with both correct and incorrect units, a full refund will not be issued. Refunds or replacements will be limited only to the portion of the order that was incorrect, upon verification and return (if applicable) of the affected items.
- Eligibility for Refund or Replacement:
• Clients must report any discrepancies within 3 business days of receiving the order.
• Supporting evidence (photos or videos) must be provided clearly showing the incorrect units.
• If verified, we will either replace the incorrect units or offer a partial refund for those specific items. - Non-Refundable Circumstances:
• Claims made beyond the 3-day notification window.
• Full refund requests when part of the order was received correctly.
• Orders where documentation shows all units were shipped as invoiced and packed correctly. - Shipping & Return:
• In case a return is required, products must be returned in original condition and packaging.
• Return shipping costs for incorrect items may be covered at our discretion based on the case. - Unsold Units & Listing Responsibility:
• As a wholesale supplier, we only provide you with the products; the resale and performance of those products are solely your responsibility. We are not responsible for unsold units or any issues related to your listings.
• Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or refunded—even if it has not yet been delivered—(please see details under our Change of Mind Policy). We strongly advise re-checking all details before placing your order with us.

No Refunds
All sales with True Source Wholesale are final. We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.

- Rejected Amazon Ungating Applications: If your application to ungate a brand or category on Amazon is rejected, we are not liable for any financial loss, and we will not issue a refund.
- Marketplace Restrictions: If a product becomes restricted or delisted on Amazon, FBA, or any other marketplace after your purchase, we cannot be held responsible for any losses, and no refund will be issued.
- Misinterpretation of Product Eligibility: If a customer misinterprets product eligibility or misunderstands Amazon’s marketplace policies, we will not provide a refund or accept a return.

- Rejection of ungating applications or eligibility verification.
- Changes in marketplace policies that affect product listings or sales.
